  • What are your retail hours?
    We have fresh grab and go treats at our retail location Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am - 5pm Tuesdays 8am - 2pm Saturday 9am - 3pm
  • If I have a favorite item or flavor, how do I know when you will have it in store?
    We love to change our products up and try different flavors! Since we don’t have the exact same item every day, we suggest that you call us a few days in advance of when you would like to come in and see if we can make that particular flavor or item for the shop that day. We will do our best to accommodate with enough notice!
  • If I call, can I reserve items for pick up?
    Yes! Some of our items sell out quickly in a day so you can give us a call during operating hours to see what is available and reserve a quantity for yourself. If the items amount to more than $25.00 worth of product, we will ask that you pay for those items over the phone to be held.
  • Do you have ready made cakes available for purchase in store?
    Yes! We offer a limited selection of grab-and-go cakes in our storefront. Flavors rotate.
  • How do I place an order?

  • How far in advance do I need to order?
    Our calendar often fills up early, so please plan ahead. Custom cakes with fondant work require at least 2 weeks advance notice including a deposit and a confirmed design. 4 days advanced notice is ideal for signature cakes and cupcakes, but are subject to availability. Feel free to reach out with last minute orders and I'll do my best to accommodate. We keep a selection of grab and go cakes that are ready to purchase. We especially busy around holidays and May/June so plan ahead at these times.
  • Do you offer any Gluten Free or Dairy Free sweets?
    Yes, your sweets can be Gluten or Dairy Free with prices adjusted due to cost of ingredients. We always have a small variety of Gluten and Dairy Free options during retail house. Gluten and/or Dairy Free Cakes and Cupcakes must be ordered in advance. We make everything in the same kitchen, so despite our best efforts, there could be a risk of cross contamination. At this time we do not offer any items that are vegan or sugar free. If we develop any such items in the future that we love and that fit our standards, we will announce it on our social media!
  • Do you offer any nut free products?
    If there are nuts in any of our product, it is either presented visibly on the item or it is labeled with the type of nut in it. We do our best to be careful of cross contamination with any nut products. If you plan to order from us and know of someone in your party that has a nut allergy, please make us aware at the time of the order so we can alert the kitchen to the allergy.
  • Pickup or Delivery?
    Pick up your pre-order goodies Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm Sat, 9am - 3pm If your event is on a Sunday, you can pick up on Saturday. Delivery can be arranged for a fee, but only for large orders/events
  • What is the best way to transport a cake?
    When transporting, it is important to keep it flat and secure. Do not place your cake on the seat of the car, for example. Remember not to stack anything on top of the box or squish the sides.
  • How should I care for my cake after pickup?
    Cake tastes best when at room temperature, so we recommend the cake is brought out from the fridge at least 5 hours before you plan to cut and serve. Please keep this in mind when selecting your pick up date. Leftovers will remain fresh in the fridge for 3-5 days and for 2 month when frozen.
  • I don’t like super sweet, store bought-tasting frosting. How is your frosting made?
    All of our buttercream is made from scratch, to order. We use a traditional American style buttercream, which means that we use only butter, sugar and vanilla in our basic buttercream frosting. We do not overly sweeten our buttercream as we believe that it takes away from the real flavor of the cake!
  • How does payment work?
    A 50% deposit is required at time of order with remaining 50% at pickup/delivery. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Deposit will not be refunded if order cancelled within 7 days of pickup. You may make reasonable changes to a custom order up until 7 days prior to the pickup. We are always happy to add cupcakes to an order in the event that you need to serve more guests. Leftovers can be frozen if you have ordered more than your guest count.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the nature of items, I do not accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email me at or text/call me at 917-301-3691
  • Where do you ship?
    I ship nationwide within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska). I don’t currently ship for addresses outside the U.S.
  • Can I include a gift message in the order?
    Yes! You’ll have an option at checkout to write a note, and I’ll be sure to include that note in your package.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automated email confirming that your order was received. Once I create a shipping label for your order, you will receive an automated email notification with a tracking number, that you can use to track your order.
  • Do you ever include prices in the package?
    No, never.
  • Can I have an order shipped to multiple address?
    At this time, my site can only process orders with one shipping address at a time.
