MY STORY

I am a self-taught baker and cake decorator.  It all started in 2014 with a garbage truck cake for my son’s third birthday.  After that came a unicorn for my daughter and by 2016, I had graduated to a cake for a family wedding; Stacey’s Totally Baked was born that weekend.  With the support of my wonderful Ridgefield community it took off.  Being passionate about the community and making the world a “sweeter” place, in 2020, I left my job in the corporate world to devote myself full time to Stacey’s Totally Baked. When I’m not baking or chauffeuring kids to their activities, you can find me out walking or curled up with a good book.

Stacey’s Totally Baked is a Connecticut licensed cottage bakery which means all of my original creations and signature products are made out of my home kitchen.  I am ServSafe certified and follow all proper safety protocols for my kitchen and food preparation.

My goal is to create beautiful cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods that taste better than they look.
