• A minimum of 7 business days is required to prepare custom printed cookies.
• If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can discuss availability.
• Unwrapped cookies will be packaged together in a bakery box.​

• For best results, we recommend using high-resolution images

• A good quality image of 100 kb or more in jpeg or png format is required. (NO SCREENSHOTS PLEASE!) 

• We are not responsible for poor image printing due to small file photo images or graphics.
